By creating an account, installing the extension, or using AfterFees, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AfterFees helps auction buyers capture listing details, estimate landed costs, maintain watchlists and inventory, and record resale outcomes. Features may change as the service evolves.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must notify AfterFees if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Estimates and auction decisions
Fee, tax, currency, resale, profit, and maximum-bid calculations are informational estimates based on the data available or entered. Auction terms can change and may include costs not shown in AfterFees. You are responsible for reviewing the auction house’s official terms and making your own bidding, purchasing, tax, and resale decisions.
5. Your content and data
You retain responsibility for lot details, photos, notes, fee rates, resale information, and other content you submit. You grant AfterFees permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the extension on websites it is not designed to support.
7. Third-party services
AfterFees interacts with third-party services including HiBid, Google, and cloud infrastructure providers. AfterFees is not affiliated with or endorsed by HiBid. Third-party services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous, error-free access is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterFees is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed financial outcome. AfterFees is not responsible for auction losses, missed bids, inaccurate third-party data, resale outcomes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using AfterFees at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations of these terms, unlawful activity, security risks, or misuse of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
